2000 Juicer
The Champion Juicer is a
powerful masticating juicer that chews the fibers and breaks up the cells of
vegetables and fruits, which gives you more fiber, enzymes, vitamins and
trace minerals. This results in a darker, richer color of the juice and a
sweeter, richer, more full-bodied flavor.
The 2000 extracts more
nutrients than centrifugal juicers. By exchanging the blank for the screen
the juicer becomes a homogenizer and will make palate pleasing veggie
loaves, nut butters, & delicious frozen dairy-free, enzyme active
banana-based "ice creams" as well as sorbets, sherbets, baby foods, fruit
sauces and nut butters.
The Champion is simple to use
with its large 1¾”feeding chamber able to take large vegetables without
cutting them into smaller pieces. The floating cutter is designed to
separate the juice from the pulp in a continuous operation. No intermittent
cleaning is required and the final clean up is simple.
The Champion is built to be
strong and solid. Designed for simplicity, it requires no nuts, bolts,
screws or clamps to assemble. The floating cutter just slides on or off the
shaft with a quick half turn and the body locks on or releases for removal.
Powered by a full 1/3-horse
power, heavy duty General Electric motor, the Champion Juicer is powerful,
durable and built to last. All juicer parts are made from 100% FDA accepted
nylon and stainless steel. Tempered stainless steel cutting blades are cast
into the cutter for strength and durability. They will never separate,
rust, twist, tarnish, or easily become dull. The body is lined with a wear
resistant stainless steel, which will not absorb food odor.
This model had been recently
improved with redesigned front and rear end shields, more starting torque
and front and rear ball-bearings for smoother running and cooler operation
and it employs a magnetic contact system which prevents the motor from
starting until all juicing parts are properly assembled
